The house is located in the quiet countryside, enclosed by high hedges where numerous birds gather to grert the guests at sunset before retiring to their nests.
In the garden there are fruit trees and a large salt water swimming pool with natural purification.
The area under the porch, offers moments of relaxation.
One can lose himself/herself in the reflected light of the pool which evokes pleasant sensations, while starting the day with an outdoor breakfast and ending with a romantic dinner.
And who can resist a drink in a convivial atmosphere before going to bed, while sitting on the porch on a comfortable sofa!
You can
relax in the garden and look at the stars while
being caressed by fireflies (in the
period of May or June) which is a clear sign of the
uncontamenated nature of the place.
An ideal romantic location for couples or for families or gatherings of friends.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR
The Kitchen is well equipped with a wood-burning
oven and a table of Carrara marble,
designed by the family architect which can seat 8 people.
In the guest bathroom, there is a washing machine.
The designer dining room table seats twelve people comfortably.
The living
room has a fireplace to warm friendly gatherings, or to experience
romantic “tête-à-
tête”.
The loft separates
the living area from the sleeping area: a table football
entertains guests of the house.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR
The long
corridor, illuminated by light entering through the windows and the long white
linen curtains, leads to the suite or the master bedroom;
composed by a hallway which on one side leads to a bathroom with
shower and on the other side to the bedroom with a designer canopy bed and
antique furniture. The lamps evoke a colonial style.
Another large bathroom includes a shower and bathtub.
The double
bedroom named “the animals” for the subjects of its paintings (the
horse, the sheep,
cow and geese), has a large bed with a tufted leather headboard which reminds
us of the Ralph Lauren country style.
The meditation
room, has a view that stretches far and the water from the pool has
relaxing effect on sight and mind. A single bed and a sofa bed can accommodate,
if necessary, three people. The
desk to relax while reading.
All the
rooms overlook the swimming pool and the garden. The view also extends through
the trees to the medieval town and as far as the Apennines, which define
the boundaries with other regions: Liguria and Emilia Romagna.
